Whatever happens on January 6th, it's
important to note that the only date
that's mentioned in the Constitution is
January 20th.
Even with such being the case, it still
doesn't matter.
Although January 20th is mentioned in
the Constitution as being "Inauguration
Day", Tilden versus Hayes set a
precedent in the election of 1876.
Rutherford Hayes was inaugurated on
March 4th 1877.
I'm hopeful something will happen on
the 6th, but even if it doesn't, I'm not
concerned. Not even a little.
The bottom line is this... If it doesn't feel
like the precipice, the "brink of
destruction"... We're not there yet.
